Currently there are 90,000 people waiting for the "Gift of Life". Each day about 70 people receive an organ transplant. Each day about 17 people die because there are not enough organs available. Every 16 minutes (on average) a new name is added to the national transplant waiting list (source: UNOS).

"Don't take to heaven, what heaven knows, we need here." The Second Chance Foundation exists to educate you on organ and tissue donation. We are here to help answer your questions and make becoming an organ and / or tissue donor as easy as possible.
You can register to become an organ donor through the DMV or you can click on the link below, complete the form and mail or fax the signed form to the address stated below or directly to the Nevada Donor Network (Address shown on form). The form will then be entered into Nevada Donor Network's database (along with the names from the DMV) and they will keep your signature on file.
